St. Paul Police Chief Alex Henry has officially filed a lawsuit against 53-year-old Minnesota Mayor Kaohly Her for sexual harassment. Chief Henry had already filed a complaint against the mayor back in the Spring, but has now included new allegations in his formal lawsuit. Henry alleges that Mayor Her grabbed his upper thigh twice during a budget meeting, made references to the size of his penis and referred to herself as a “MILF”. Earlier accusations involved Mayor Her reportedly sending an inappropriate text to a city employee referring to “Weiner Wednesday.” The Mayor’s spokesperson has denied the allegations and says Mayor Her plans to “continue to lead St. Paul.”

NEW Allegations Against St. Paul’s First Female Mayor, Accused Of Sexual Harassment

Police say a 32-year-old man is in custody after brutally attacking a couple while they were sleeping, stabbing Dr. Idris Evans to death and critically injuring his wife. In the middle of the attack, Gina Evans was able to yell to their 8 and 12 year old kids to run to a neighbor’s house, saving them from being harmed. Investigators are trying to determine a motive for the murder, Evan’s wife telling police she heard her husband call out their attacker’s name, Elijah. Gina described Elijah Hemingway as psychotic, referring to himself as “God," while stabbing them in only his underwear.

Nearly Naked Intruder Stabs Pittsburgh Pediatric Doctor To Death, Critically Injuring Wife

Damn. For the second day in a row, the mistress of accused murderer Caleb Flynn was on the stand reading hundreds of texts between the two. But on Thursday, 24-year-old Alleigha Botner cracked as she was forced to read a damning text where she told Caleb she wanted to kill his wife Ashley, “so bad." However, later in the day a much different tone swept over the courtroom as prosecutors played an AI version of the song Caleb wrote for Alleigha. As two different versions of the song played aloud, the camera panned to Ashley’s family and many others who all seemed to be stifling laughter, as Caleb wiped sweat from his brow, clearly uncomfortable.

Mississippi Police have arrested a second man in the death of a black woman found hanging from a tree, and have issued an arrest warrant for a third suspect. Jackson police arrested 25-year-old Earnest Lloyd Jr. in the death of 29-year-old Tasia Fortune, whose body was found hanging behind an abandoned home in the city on Aug. 3rd. Authorities say while the U.S. Marshalls are bringing in a third man, there are even more arrest warrants expected in this horrific case. Fortune’s mother said neither man is familiar to her nor Tasia’s friends, but that they both should be considered innocent until proven guilty.

24-year-old Alleigha Botner is back on the stand today after three, dramatic hours on Wednesday afternoon. Botner is testifying against her former lover, Caleb Flynn, who now stands accused of killing his wife of 15 years to be with her. Botner testified about their year and a half long affair that began while she was an intern at the church they both attended, and read aloud dozens of hateful texts about wanting to kill his now deceased wife, Ashley while her family listened from the courtroom.

American Idol Murder Trial: The Mistress Takes The Stand “I Believe He Murdered His Wife”

A federal judge has granted journalists a temporary restraining order forcing the White House to restore press credentials to CNN, MSNOW and Politico. The order requires the White House to “immediately return, reinstate, and restore” the credentials, after the judge rejected the DOJ’s argument that the ban was motivated by “national security concerns.” As Trump continues his all out war against reporting he doesn’t like, we end this episode with a very important reminder of the importance of a free press by a former President.

Judge Orders Trump To Restore Press Passes To CNN, MSNOW & Politico

Opening statements and testimony began in the trial against Duane Davis, charged with the 1996 murder of rap icon Tupac Shakur. While prosectors acknowledge Davis was not the actual gunman, they claim he was the mastermind behind the murder and supplied the gun used to kill Shakur. The defense showed jurors a large slide with a single word on it: “Bullshit” and said their client was known for embellishing and lying about things. And that’s important, because it’s the only way for the defense to refute the prosecution’s evidence, which is Davis’ own repeated statements, confessions and written words about what happened that night on the Vegas Strip.
