A disturbing family feud has erupted following the death of Dolly Parton. Parton’s longtime manager has now filed for a temporary restraining order against the late singer's nephew, Bryan Seaver, the man she chose to announce her death to the world just a few weeks ago. Seaver was fired from his decades-long held position as head of security after Parton’s manager claims Seaver began "invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence" to extort money from the estate. Seaver hasn’t denied the threats, but claims they’ve been taken out of context.

‘The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives’ star Taylor Frankie Paul has announced on social media that she will not continue on the hit Hulu series because of bullying from her casemates. Paul accused some of the women of laughing at her children as she goes through two very public custody battles. The news comes as TMZ reports that Paul failed multiple recent court ordered drug tests as she tries to get more time with her children from two separate relationships. Mormon Wives has had two other star cast members drop out of the series, with two more saying they’re unsure whether they’ll continue on the show, which the network just renewed for two more seasons.

It was a hell of a day at the United Nations for President Trump and everyone listening. Trump began by telling CNN that they shouldn’t be covering him at the UN after banning the news organization’s access, and then told the world they shouldn’t be calling AI, “Artificial” Intelligence. Trump essentially issued a world-wide decree to change the name to “Super” Intelligence, or SI and said he opposed international regulation of the technology. The President also threatened to annihilate the Islamic Republic of Iran, calling them the bullies of the Middle East and questioned whether or not he would “drive them into hell.”

The Greenville, South Carolina Coroner’s Office has just announced that Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death has been ruled as an accident from the toxic effects of multiple drugs. The office specified that fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol, and Quetiapine were all found in Panettiere, but added there were no signs of trauma that contributed to her death. This announcement doesn’t mean charges won’t be filed, as the DEA continues to investigate Panettiere’s death and who may have been responsible for supplying the deadly combination of drugs to her.

Testimony is underway in the murder trial of former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn. 40-year-old Flynn is accused of shooting his wife of 15 years while their two daughters were in the room next door, and then staging a burglary before calling 9-1-1. Jurors have already heard the 9-1-1 call, watched dramatic police body cam video as prosecutors read aloud several damning texts Flynn reportedly sent to his mistress describing hating and wanting to kill his wife. That mistress, along with his two daughters are expected to testify later in the trial, as jurors have seen Flynn sobbing in court over the past two days of testimony.

American Idol Murder Trial: Caleb Flynn Texts “I Could Literally Kill Her” To Mistress

A Jackson, Mississippi grand jury returned a unanimous, “no true bill” in the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells. The jury determining there was not enough evidence to find anyone criminally responsible for the death of the black teen who was last seen partying with friends on an island off the Mississippi coast on the Fourth of July. Instead, the grand jury found that Wells’ death was consistent with drowning, but his official cause of death remains undetermined. Wells’ attorney said “Nolan’s family will not rest until we know what happened to him, and neither will we.”

Spencer says he has no relationship with the King and believes he was gaslit by him, calling Buckingham Palace’s statement about his book condescending and “not straight.” Spencer also acknowledged that while most people believe he’s on Prince Harry’s side of the divide between him and Prince William, he insists he’s on the side of both of them, adding he hopes one day it’s resolved. Princess Di’s brother also revealed the reason he wrote the book now, and included his biggest regret in delivering Diana’s eulogy.

Testimony concluded on Wednesday with an FBI forensic psychiatrist who testified Clancy is criminally responsible for the strangling deaths of her three young children.
