Scandals, A Fall Off Stage, and Judge Resignations Made Miss Universe Must-See TV Tonight

Florida is set to execute its record breaking 17th inmate of the year. And while the guilt of 63-year-old Richard Barry Randolph is not in question, the method by which he will die tonight is, according to his attorneys. Randolph suffers from Lupus and believes dying by lethal injection will be cruel and unusual given his condition, which his lawyers claim will amplify any sensation of pain. He’s been on death row for more than 3 decades now for the rape and brutal murder of his former coworker, and even though his death sentence had a far from unanimous jury decision, he has officially exhausted all of his appeals.

16-Year-Old Stepbrother Named Suspect in Carnival Cruise Death

The trial of 50-year-old Bryan Walshe continues today with jury selection after the Massachusetts man refused to plead guilty to his wife’s murder. Ana Walshe went missing on New Year’s Day 2023 and to date, her body has never been found. Amy and T.J. discuss the courtroom drama minutes before his trail began, Walshe changed his plea from not guilty to guilty on the disposing of her body and misleading police charges. However, his attorney made it very clear to the judge, Walshe is not admitting guilt when it comes to Ana’s murder. It’s a move that left many folks scratching their heads, especially when you hear the evidence prosecutors plan to present at trial.

MA Man Admits To Disposing Of His Wife’s Still Missing Body, But Says He’s Not Guilty Of Murder

Police have finally, and officially named singer D4vd a suspect in death of a teenager found dismembered and decomposing in the front trunk of his Tesla more than two months ago. Police are still waiting for the LA medical examiner to determine Celeste Rivas’ cause of death, but once that happens, officials expect the investigation will move quickly. Amy and T.J. go over the latest new details in the case, including information from police, that more than one person may be involved, and their belief that Rivas might have been dead since last spring.
