"Those whom I love, I reprove and chastise. Be earnest, therefore, and repent." - Rev. 3: 19

God disciplines those whom He loves. It may not be pleasant to be purified from our pride and other weaknesses, but these are necessary so that we may bear fruits of humility, patience, perseverance, etc... and God does this all because of love.

Today let us pray for the grace to be open to God's discipline and to embrace His loving mercy in our lives.
