In the Archdiocese of Cebu, we also remember St. Pedro Calungsod on his feast today, who stood firm in proclaiming the faith even to his death 350 years ago. May we, like him, be zealous in embracing our crosses each day so we may rise victorious with Jesus, our Lord.
