College Students Are Using Google Calendar for Everything - Even Hanging Out

Have you noticed the new Google Calendar trend? How much do you use a calendar on your phone? Is it just for meetings or personal stuff too? What about date nights? College students are now using Google Calendar when they sleep, what time they eat, going for a walk, errands, club meetings, frat parties, dates -- everything is scheduled in color-coded blocks so they never have to think about what comes next. It's gotten to the point where if a friend wants to hang out, rather than text you, they will send you a GCal invite for 8pm on Tuesday… Sisanie shared on-air one woman got a GCal Invite from a guy for 11:30 on a Friday night and it said “Hook Up?” She said yes.
