Cross-training That Metaphor

It’s how the Dodgers signed Sasaki -- well, that and acing their homework assignment. Patti invented a fennel-clementine-gin cocktail in the comfort of her own home, and Pottymouth enjoyed local brews in the great state of MA, and yet we still found the time to tell you stories of boyfriends on the Twins and the Cards. We’re in the middle of the arbitration window and of course we are keeping score. This week’s boyfriend updates include Francisco Lindor, Scooter Gennett, and Max Scherzer, but finding replacement boyfriends is really, really hard. We have a little early Father's’ Day celebration for Dereck Rodriguez (son of Pudge), Kody Clemens (son of Roger), Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. (son of Vlad, Sr.), and Luke Farrell (son of John). It makes us feel so, so old.
 
More celebrating: It’s Pride month! Lots of LGBT Pride events throughout MLB, and Billy Bean and Daniel Murphy demonstrate that conversation and common ground can change minds.
