Mindful In Minutes Meditation

Short, weekly guided meditations to help you stress less and live more. Each week join Kelly Smith, founder of Yoga For You, for simple and grounded guided meditations that are 20 minutes or less and cover an array of topics that will help you with real life struggles like anxiety, insomnia, self-esteem and creating a morning ritual.

Today’s meditation is a loving kindness meditation that is designed to help you spread love from your heart to the hearts of others and yourself. It is a meditation that helps you let go of hurt and hate in your heart and instead fill it with love instead. This is a very strong and powerful practice to help you cultivate compassion and loving kindness in your heart.
