It does not run counter to the 1989 5-4 Supreme Court decision in Texas v. Johnson. Unsurprisingly, most of the media jumped the gun, and their favorite NeverTrumpers (among others) joined in the chorus, accusing the president of lawlessness, etc. Also, France’s Emmanuel Macron is a disgusting quisling. He thinks it’s still Vichy France, where he’d be more comfortable. Kudos to our Ambassador to France, Charles Kushner for calling out antisemitism in France. The question media pundits keep asking: what is happening to the democrat party? What happened is that the people have learned a great deal about the Democrat Party and its ideologies over the years and they don't like it. Ideas do have consequences. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. The Best Of Mark Levin - 8/30/25

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, a federal appeals court ruled that President Donald Trump’s use of emergency powers to impose tariffs was unlawful, which is absolutely ridiculous. This decision could disrupt trade agreements with countries like the EU, Japan, and South Korea which is not what Trump wants. It also puts at risk tariffs aimed at China, Canada, and Mexico, which were intended to curb fentanyl shipments in border traffickings. In addition, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has made the decision to prevent Palestinian leaders, such as Mahmoud Abbas, from participating in the forthcoming UN General Assembly. The genius of Rubio asserts that this action is in accordance with U.S. laws that oppose Palestinian statehood and impose penalties on the Palestinian Authority for financially supporting those convicted of terrorism. This decision effectively denies visas to high-ranking officials from both the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization, although personnel at the UN mission will still be permitted to remain. Lastly, a group of Democratic influencers were offered $8,000 a month to join a secretive program run by Chorus, a nonprofit tied to a liberal marketing platform. These influencers are a problem; therefore, we demand to know how much make so we can put an end to their political funding.

8/29/25 - The Great Tariff Debate: Courts Challenge Trump's Authority

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the United States is one of the most religious countries in the world. We have the freedom to practice any belief we would like, thanks to the Declaration of Independence. American society distinguishes between faith’s role in personal life, community, and government, recognizing it as a moral and psychological foundation that influences behavior and promotes civility. Christianity, while the majority faith, does not seek governmental control, allowing faith and reason to coexist and enrich personal and societal development. The Democrats want the opposite, this is why they are losing more support now than ever. In addition, the probe into John Bolton escalated during the Biden administration when U.S. intelligence acquired foreign espionage data indicating he improperly handled classified information. Officials say the case had already progressed independently and reflects a broader inquiry into national security practices. The left is claiming that this investigation is just a political attack, which is rediculous and not surprising. Also, Gov. Gavin Newsom is not the best Governor this country has ever had. California used to be a great state, but the left ran it down and destroyed its economy, the safety, and the ideology of the people with left-wing garbage. Lastly, David Bozell mentions about a poll that 99% of the American people are tired of crime in big cities, especially the blue cities. Bozell also discusses the attack on the Judeo-Christian communities and how the Minneapolis shooting and many other cases are getting out of hand.

She highlighting her statewide election experience and the Republican administration's successes—like low taxes, returning $9 billion to taxpayers, and reducing regulations—she pledged to eliminate the car tax, end sanctuary cities, deport illegal criminals, support police, and promote liberty over forced unionization. Her opponent Abigail Spanberger is a proud progressive who supports open borders, sanctuary policies, defunding police, and radical measures. Later, Sen Chuck Schumer and Democrats are blocking President Trump's nominees, confirming only 135 out of over 1,000 senior-level appointments through dilatory tactics. Republicans are eyeing rule changes or recess appointments, because this defies voters' mandate.

8/27/25 - Mental Illness and Violence: A Deep Dive into the Minneapolis Shooting

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the question media pundits keep asking: what is happening to the democrat party? What happened is that the people have learned a great deal about the Democrat Party and its ideologies over the years and they don't like it. Ideas do have consequences. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. They have always mattered. It's called getting back to basics. Getting back to our founding principles, beliefs, and values, and exposing those who seek to pervert, undermine, and destroy them. The Democrat Party is struggling and failing because it stands for virtually everything most Americans reject.

Also, the American people elected President Trump in a massive landslide, saving the country from four more years of destructive policies like open borders, anti-military degradation, and campus marches chanting "from the river to the sea." We should not be complacent in the midterms. Also, the U.S. has offered to provide intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), command and control, and air defense assets to support a European-led security plan for postwar Ukraine, including participation in an air shield and no-fly zone enforcement. This includes US aircraft, logistics, and radar to enable European troop deployments, while monitoring ceasefires via superior satellite capabilities. This is necessary. Later, Democrats support violent criminals, while Trump is quickly controlling crime in Washington, D.C., by enforcing the law with police backed by the National Guard. Finally, by 2040 Islam could surpass Judaism as the nation's second-largest religion. America's Christian foundations—rooted in individual liberty, personal responsibility, and devotion to God—are eroding due to silence and fear.

8/26/25 - Why Are Americans Turning Away from the Democrat Party?

Afterward, On Power explains that negative power, particularly its soft form, exists in both open and closed societies and is increasingly prevalent in democracies like America. It emphasizes that a universal order—encompassing nature, morality, values, and beliefs—precedes, transcends, and outlasts all governments, which are temporary human constructs imposing limits on individuals. Humans are not inherently subjects of rulers or governments but are governed by an unamendable supreme law. Valid governments must align with this universal order, while soft negative power persists in civil society (via laws, customs, or social contracts like Locke's) to maintain order, prevent anarchy, and protect individual liberty—even in the best governments. People vote for tyranny, then when it takes hold, it’s too late - that’s what will happen if Zohran Mamdani becomes Mayor of NYC. Finally, Yael Eckstein, president of the International Fellowship of Christians (IFCJ) and Jews calls in. In Syria, partnering with the Israeli army, IFCJ has provided thousands of food packages and established medical clinics for targeted Christians and Druze. More recently in Suweida, they airlifted life-saving medical supplies and food to a hospital lacking essentials, saving lives from infections and hunger.

Later, Rep Chip Roy calls in to announce his run for Texas Attorney General. Roy also praises Texas for aggressively redistricting to gain more Republican seats, countering Democratic gerrymandering in states like California, Illinois, and Massachusetts. Afterward, Vladimir Putin is a madman, butcher, and killer who’s responsible for invading Ukraine, committing atrocities like kidnapping children and brutalizing civilians, and showing no intent to end the war. But there’s nobody better to pressure Putin than Trump. 8/22/25 - What Lies Beneath: Epstein, Bolton, and the Justice Department

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson of the Ben Ferguson Podcast fills in for Mark. President Donald Trump is the law-and-order president. Crime in D.C. is out of control. Trump strategically uses D.C. to demonstrate rapid crime reduction via federal intervention, pressuring Democrat-run high-crime cities like Memphis, Chicago, St. Louis, and Baltimore—listed as America's most dangerous—to seek similar help. However, many mayors refuse due to Trump derangement syndrome. These Democrat-controlled cities could be transformed with proper law enforcement accountability and presence; they just have to ask Trump for help. Also, a top IRS lawyer, Anthony Sacco, was placed on administrative leave following a Daily Wire report highlighting his history of far-left advocacy, including calls to resist Trump and pack the Supreme Court. The Treasury Department is investigating as part of efforts to depoliticize the IRS, with Senator Tom Cotton calling for Sacco's immediate firing. Later, finally we have real justice. A NY appellate court has overturned a $500 million civil fraud penalty against Trump in a case brought by AG Letitia James. The court ruled the penalty was an excessive fine, violating the Eighth Amendment, which Mark Levin explained a year ago. Finally, the Trump administration is on track to deport over 400,000 undocumented immigrants in its first year. The big beautiful bill is enabling ICE to deport more illegal aliens and expand detention capacity with at least 50 new centers.

8/20/25 - Democrats in Decline: Voter Registration Trends Revealed

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, today is a day that America dreads. Eighteen children and a teacher in an elementary school were murdered by Salvador Ramos after he killed his own grandmother in a rural town in Texas. The shooter was killed by police in a subsequent gunfight. People are desperate for solutions, so they attack others in search of a fix. Then, the left is already on the attack with headlines like "White nationalists thank Tucker Carlson." The media will not relent when it comes to spreading endless, heavily funded propaganda campaigns. Meanwhile, some parents still don't know if it was their kid that got slaughtered at school today. Later, most mentally ill people are not mass murderers. All Americans are not White supremacists and to think as such is foolish. The radical agenda that they push in our classrooms whether its 'the sky is falling because of climate change’ or race the left's rhetoric is always extreme and runs counter to our culture.
