Challenging elections is a longstanding legal right, dating back to John Adams' era, and includes demanding recounts, lobbying state officials like the Secretary of State, and submitting alternative slates of electors to the Archivist of the United States to preserve potential wins. These actions are neither obstructive nor criminal. Afterward, Rep Chip Roy, who’s running for Attorney General of Texas, calls in and explains that Texas is under attack by a network of radical Marxists and Islamists seeking to seize it from America. The nation is rooted in Judeo-Christian principles, the Constitution, and Western civilization, which directly conflict with Sharia law. 11/10/25 - Why Centralized Government Equals Economic Collapse

This week on the Mark Levin Show, we need to rid the Republican Party, the movement, and constitutional conservatism of bigots, racists, anti-Semites, and anti-Americans. These low lives, like Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon and Nick Fuentes, dishonor the greatest generation that defeated Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini. It’s a time for choosing between the good guys and the bad guys, America or the Third Reich/Soviet Union. Republicans must stand up and confront the spread unlike Democrats who allowed it.

This would attract unassimilated individuals from afar, harden electoral battles, and escalate into a cultural war beyond politics, with devastating effects on education, policing, healthcare, and wealth redistribution, driving successful people away. 

Tuesday’s election results were no surprise because the Democrats immigration strategy to change the demographics and citizenry, without assimilation, has worked. NYC will decline, the question is by how much and Virginia is now part of the federal government. Tucker Carlson and his ilk have promoted harmful ideas and attacked traditional Christians and Jews and they need to be rejected. Silence is the enemy. Also, Victor Davis Hanson's article "The New Antisemitism" argues that Jew hatred, once confined to fringe right-wing elements in America, has been largely marginalized by Republicans and conservatives like William F. Buckley Jr., with recent polls showing 83% of Republicans holding positive views of Israel compared to only 33% of Democrats. In contrast, left-wing anti-Semitism, now entrenched in the Democratic base and campuses, disguises itself in social justice causes like diversity, equity, inclusion, and outrage over alleged Israeli settler colonialism, genocide, and apartheid. 10/31/25 - Polls Don't Lie: Republicans on the Rise Amid Shutdown

10/30/25 - Why Capitalism is the Path to Prosperity

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the media is now accusing President Trump of interfering in Roger Stone's sentencing, but what actually happened was that the four rogue Robert Mueller prosecutors imposed an outrageously long prison term, so the Justice Dept. got involved and they all resigned. This has nothing to do with the President of the United States. However, President Franklin D. Roosevelt actually did put two peoples to death before they even had their trials. So, it's the Democrat president, FDR, that ruled like a king; it’s the Democrat Governor of New York that rejects federal immigration law by promoting sanctuary cities, and bail reform that let’s recidivists back on the streets. Yet, Stone gets 7-9 years in prison so he can rot in jail. Trump was correct in his criticism of Stone's abusive sentence. Then, Sen Bernie Sanders did not turn out his base as he did in 2016, he is struggling. Perhaps it’s because they know that he's promoting national rent control, destroying private health insurance, and imposing student relief on all citizens not just students. Plus, Sen. Marsha Blackburn joins the program to discuss her new bill that delivers tough financial consequences to states that flout federal immigration enforcement and harm public safety and national security. Afterward, Rep. Devin Nunes calls in to discuss how Roger Stone is being railroaded in his sentencing.
