He thinks it’s still Vichy France, where he’d be more comfortable. Kudos to our Ambassador to France, Charles Kushner for calling out antisemitism in France. Later, CNN and similar media are biased against Supreme Court conservatives like Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Alito, who are accused of being "out of control" while upholding the Constitution in rulings favoring the Trump administration on issues like immigration, spending, and DEI. Afterward, On Power explains that negative power, particularly its soft form, exists in both open and closed societies and is increasingly prevalent in democracies like America. It emphasizes that a universal order—encompassing nature, morality, values, and beliefs—precedes, transcends, and outlasts all governments, which are temporary human constructs imposing limits on individuals. Humans are not inherently subjects of rulers or governments but are governed by an unamendable supreme law. Valid governments must align with this universal order, while soft negative power persists in civil society (via laws, customs, or social contracts like Locke's) to maintain order, prevent anarchy, and protect individual liberty—even in the best governments. People vote for tyranny, then when it takes hold, it’s too late - that’s what will happen if Zohran Mamdani becomes Mayor of NYC. Finally, Yael Eckstein, president of the International Fellowship of Christians (IFCJ) and Jews calls in. In Syria, partnering with the Israeli army, IFCJ has provided thousands of food packages and established medical clinics for targeted Christians and Druze. More recently in Suweida, they airlifted life-saving medical supplies and food to a hospital lacking essentials, saving lives from infections and hunger.

What will the conspiracy theorists and grifters do now? They'll claim a massive cover-up without any real endgame, merely to keep audiences engaged. Later, Rep Chip Roy calls in to announce his run for Texas Attorney General. Roy also praises Texas for aggressively redistricting to gain more Republican seats, countering Democratic gerrymandering in states like California, Illinois, and Massachusetts. Afterward, Vladimir Putin is a madman, butcher, and killer who’s responsible for invading Ukraine, committing atrocities like kidnapping children and brutalizing civilians, and showing no intent to end the war. 8/22/25 - What Lies Beneath: Epstein, Bolton, and the Justice Department

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson of the Ben Ferguson Podcast fills in for Mark. President Donald Trump is the law-and-order president. Crime in D.C. is out of control. Trump strategically uses D.C. to demonstrate rapid crime reduction via federal intervention, pressuring Democrat-run high-crime cities like Memphis, Chicago, St. Louis, and Baltimore—listed as America's most dangerous—to seek similar help. However, many mayors refuse due to Trump derangement syndrome. These Democrat-controlled cities could be transformed with proper law enforcement accountability and presence; they just have to ask Trump for help. Also, a top IRS lawyer, Anthony Sacco, was placed on administrative leave following a Daily Wire report highlighting his history of far-left advocacy, including calls to resist Trump and pack the Supreme Court. The Treasury Department is investigating as part of efforts to depoliticize the IRS, with Senator Tom Cotton calling for Sacco's immediate firing. Later, finally we have real justice. A NY appellate court has overturned a $500 million civil fraud penalty against Trump in a case brought by AG Letitia James. The court ruled the penalty was an excessive fine, violating the Eighth Amendment, which Mark Levin explained a year ago. Finally, the Trump administration is on track to deport over 400,000 undocumented immigrants in its first year. The big beautiful bill is enabling ICE to deport more illegal aliens and expand detention capacity with at least 50 new centers.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, between 2020 and 2024, the Democratic Party saw a significant drop in voter registration across all 30 states that monitor party affiliation, losing 2.1 million voters while Republicans gained 2.4 million. This change, amounting to a total swing of 4.5 million voters, took place in battleground states as well as in traditionally blue and red states. In addition, with many assuming malicious intent without substantial evidence. However, the narrative has faded as the extraordinary accusation failed to hold up under scrutiny. The shift highlights how quickly public perception can change when dramatic claims lack corroboration. Also, Jack Ciattarelli joins the show to talk about the deterioration of New Jersey under Phil Murphy, emphasizing that the state deserves a more capable leader. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump calls into the show and discusses transforming the U.S. from a dead country under President Biden to the hottest nation globally, as affirmed by world leaders. Trump describes handling the Russia-Ukraine conflict through instinct rather than rigid processes, emphasizing his success in securing hostage releases without concessions. He praises PM Benjamin Netanyahu as a war hero amid legal challenges and recounts authorizing a precise military strike on Iran’s nuclear facility, which pilots had prepared for over 22 years, preventing imminent nuclear weapon development. Furthermore, our media is deeply flawed, and Susan Rice is no exception as she criticizes Trump for not securing a cease-fire agreement. However, Trump is addressing a much larger issue that extends beyond just a cease-fire. European leaders, along with Zelensky and Putin, will not agree to a deal unless it meets their standards. It's noteworthy that Trump was able to facilitate discussions between Zelensky and Putin, a feat that Biden and many previous presidents would never have achieved. Also, Rep. Gregory Meeks and Rev. Al Sharpton have attacked Trump with "taking over" cities using the National Guard, effectively seizing control of significant African American neighborhoods and exploiting them. They even labeled Trump as "Jim Crow 2.0," a truly reprehensible accusation. However, many in Washington DC, including members of the African American community, are recognizing the need for safety and are thankful that the National Guard was present. With crime rampant in Washington DC and numerous other cities, this is a crucial part of Trump's strategy to restore safety and make these cities safe again.

8/19/25 - Navigating Chaos: President Trump's Approach to Russia and Ukraine

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL's Larry O'Connor fills in for Mark. Marco Rubio's State Department has reduced the number of student visas by over 6,000 following an executive order issued in January that mandated a review for potential security risks. This visa enforcement is among the most prominent immigration measures keeping education safe from foreign threats and influences. Also, President Trump declared that he will lead a movement aimed at abolishing mail-in voting and electronic voting machines ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, which was very overdue. He announced plans to sign an executive order, and he will succeed in ending the ballot corruption, once and for all. In addition, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This occurred during a phone call between Putin and President Trump right in the middle of a big meeting at the White House with Trump, Zelensky, and top European leaders. Trump told French President Emmanuel Macron, that he thinks Valdimir Putin wants to make a deal with him. Rutte later confirmed that Putin agreed to a meeting with Zelensky, though no confirmation on details yet.

8/18/25 - Trump, Zelensky, and the Quest for Peace

This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Democratic Party continues to try and link President Trump to Jeffrey Epstein. Unfortunately, no details are being revealed because of the case's sensitive nature, not due to any attempt to hide information by Trump. It is impossible to force the grand jury to reveal this information, as that would infringe upon the privacy rights that are fundamental to every case during its jurisdiction. These so-called influencers are promoting the Epstein issue as a significant concern, yet a CNN poll conducted by Harry Enten shows that interest in the Epstein matter has waned considerably. Senator Adam Schiff’s in hot water—he’s been accused of corruption and mortgage fraud. The FHFA says he listed both his Maryland and California homes as his “primary residence” to score better loan terms, which could violate federal laws. Now the Justice Department is looking into it, and Schiff says it’s all political payback from President Trump, which is just his way of trying to brush off what he did. George and Alex Soros are relentlessly working to undermine this nation. Despite the Soros family amassing billions from this country, they choose to finance antisemitic protestors, purchase radio stations to sway public opinion, and back radical Democrats and influencers. They are now supporting protests against President Trump’s crime crackdown in Washington, D.C., including a $20 million contribution to groups opposing the deployment of National Guard troops and federalization of D.C.’s police. When will the Republicans investigate the Soros family? Finally, the bizarre incident involving Sean Charles Dunn, a former Justice Department employee who threw a sandwich at federal officers. Dubbed the "D.C. sandwich slinger" by the New York Post, Dunn's actions have sparked outrage and legal consequences.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 8/16/25

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump's negotiating skills and common sense are on display during his meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska. Putin is a ruthless, Stalin-like dictator who rose through blackmail, eliminates opponents, and seeks to reclaim former territories, including NATO nations, while disregarding human losses. 8/15/25 - Putin and Trump: The Meeting That Could Change Everything

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, in Friday’s meeting with Vladimir Putin, President Trump will attempt to forge an agreement between Putin and Zelensky. We’re told we need to discus s the meeting but how much do you know about Putin? He’s been in power for 25 years, longer than any Kremlin leader since Stalin. There’s no effective opposition because Putin has killed them all. Montesquieu says “any man who has power is led to abuse it; he continues until he finds limits.” This is Putin. Also, Trump’s action to curb D.C’s rampant crime is constitutional. In just a few days, his actions have resulted in hundreds of arrests and widespread resident approval, including from some Democrats. Democrats call Trump a dictator while they support criminals, Hamas, and illegal immigrants, manipulate crime stats, and defy court rulings. Later, PM Benjamin Netanyahu calls in and addresses the global propaganda against Israel in the Gaza conflict, including false claims of starvation and inflated casualty figures from Hamas. Israel's delivery of nearly 2 million tons of aid, which is equivalent to one ton per Gazan, is stolen by Hamas. Netanyahu stresses the unprecedented measures to minimize civilian casualties, such as warnings via texts and calls. Netanyahu also explains that forces gang up against Israel and the U.S., chanting "death to Israel, death to America" as they seek to destroy free societies and impose a dark tyranny reminiscent of the early Middle Ages. Afterward, WABC’s Sid Rosenberg calls in to discuss the NYC Mayors race. Rosenberg endorses Curtis Sliwa as his top choice but predicts socialist Zohran Mamdani will likely win because no candidate will drop out anytime soon. Finally, On Power explains that the Democratic Party poses a significant domestic threat to America by seeking to breach constitutional safeguards in pursuit of a utopian society, influenced by Marxist, socialist, and Islamist elements, though not representative of all members. The progressive movement aim to fundamentally transform the nation's character through centralized power, diminishing individual freedoms.

8/14/25 - The Power Play: Understanding Putin Before the Meeting

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the fake news media is the enemy of the people. There isn't a single area of life where the left promotes liberty except immorality and debauchery. It’s a constant battle between liberty and tyranny. Once people cease to acknowledge why their country was founded eventually the country will cease to exist. The 1619 Project is a diabolical deliberate effort to rewrite history, similar to the way they ignored the Holocaust. The New York Times embraces anti-Semitism and the biased anti-historical 1619 propaganda. The entire project is based on the narrow ideology of neo-liberalism and liberal guilt that promotes the tropes that America was built in slavery and that slavery and racism are inherent to Americanism. Sadly, none of the most prominent historians and scholars were not included in this project, but deference was given to the World Socialist website. The New York Times has become a mixture between MSNBC and the National Enquirer. Later, Washington's latest think tank is sponsored by radical libertarian Charles Koch and leftwing mega-donor George Soros. The Quincy Institute supports open borders the Iran deal and Koch has indicated that he may not support Trump in 2020. Afterword, Senator Warren makes another call to destroy the electoral college, which is typical of the left to destroy that with which they don't agree.
