On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the question media pundits keep asking: what is happening to the democrat party? What happened is that the people have learned a great deal about the Democrat Party and its ideologies over the years and they don't like it. Ideas do have consequences. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. They have always mattered. It's called getting back to basics. Getting back to our founding principles, beliefs, and values, and exposing those who seek to pervert, undermine, and destroy them. The Democrat Party is struggling and failing because it stands for virtually everything most Americans reject.

Also, the American people elected President Trump in a massive landslide, saving the country from four more years of destructive policies like open borders, anti-military degradation, and campus marches chanting "from the river to the sea." We should not be complacent in the midterms. Also, the U.S. has offered to provide intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), command and control, and air defense assets to support a European-led security plan for postwar Ukraine, including participation in an air shield and no-fly zone enforcement. This includes US aircraft, logistics, and radar to enable European troop deployments, while monitoring ceasefires via superior satellite capabilities. This is necessary. Later, Democrats support violent criminals, while Trump is quickly controlling crime in Washington, D.C., by enforcing the law with police backed by the National Guard. Finally, by 2040 Islam could surpass Judaism as the nation's second-largest religion. America's Christian foundations—rooted in individual liberty, personal responsibility, and devotion to God—are eroding due to silence and fear.

8/26/25 - Why Are Americans Turning Away from the Democrat Party?

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, critics of President Trump's executive order on American flag burning have not read it and are misrepresenting it, as the order creates no new laws or offenses. It does not run counter to the 1989 5-4 Supreme Court decision in Texas v. Johnson. Unsurprisingly, most of the media jumped the gun, and their favorite NeverTrumpers (among others) joined in the chorus, accusing the president of lawlessness, etc. Also, France’s Emmanuel Macron is a disgusting quisling. He thinks it’s still Vichy France, where he’d be more comfortable. Kudos to our Ambassador to France, Charles Kushner for calling out antisemitism in France. Later, CNN and similar media are biased against Supreme Court conservatives like Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Alito, who are accused of being "out of control" while upholding the Constitution in rulings favoring the Trump administration on issues like immigration, spending, and DEI. Afterward, On Power explains that negative power, particularly its soft form, exists in both open and closed societies and is increasingly prevalent in democracies like America. It emphasizes that a universal order—encompassing nature, morality, values, and beliefs—precedes, transcends, and outlasts all governments, which are temporary human constructs imposing limits on individuals. Humans are not inherently subjects of rulers or governments but are governed by an unamendable supreme law. Valid governments must align with this universal order, while soft negative power persists in civil society (via laws, customs, or social contracts like Locke's) to maintain order, prevent anarchy, and protect individual liberty—even in the best governments. People vote for tyranny, then when it takes hold, it’s too late - that’s what will happen if Zohran Mamdani becomes Mayor of NYC. Finally, Yael Eckstein, president of the International Fellowship of Christians (IFCJ) and Jews calls in. In Syria, partnering with the Israeli army, IFCJ has provided thousands of food packages and established medical clinics for targeted Christians and Druze. More recently in Suweida, they airlifted life-saving medical supplies and food to a hospital lacking essentials, saving lives from infections and hunger.

He praises PM Benjamin Netanyahu as a war hero amid legal challenges and recounts authorizing a precise military strike on Iran’s nuclear facility, which pilots had prepared for over 22 years, preventing imminent nuclear weapon development. Also, the key revelations in the interview with Ghislaine Maxwell conducted by Deputy AG Todd Blanche includes no list of names, no evidence implicating Trump in anything improper, and denials that Jeffrey Epstein was a spy for Israel. What will the conspiracy theorists and grifters do now? They'll claim a massive cover-up without any real endgame, merely to keep audiences engaged. Later, Rep Chip Roy calls in to announce his run for Texas Attorney General. Roy also praises Texas for aggressively redistricting to gain more Republican seats, countering Democratic gerrymandering in states like California, Illinois, and Massachusetts. Afterward, Vladimir Putin is a madman, butcher, and killer who’s responsible for invading Ukraine, committing atrocities like kidnapping children and brutalizing civilians, and showing no intent to end the war. But there’s nobody better to pressure Putin than Trump. 8/22/25 - What Lies Beneath: Epstein, Bolton, and the Justice Department

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson of the Ben Ferguson Podcast fills in for Mark. President Donald Trump is the law-and-order president. Crime in D.C. is out of control. Trump strategically uses D.C. to demonstrate rapid crime reduction via federal intervention, pressuring Democrat-run high-crime cities like Memphis, Chicago, St. Louis, and Baltimore—listed as America's most dangerous—to seek similar help. However, many mayors refuse due to Trump derangement syndrome. These Democrat-controlled cities could be transformed with proper law enforcement accountability and presence; they just have to ask Trump for help. Also, a top IRS lawyer, Anthony Sacco, was placed on administrative leave following a Daily Wire report highlighting his history of far-left advocacy, including calls to resist Trump and pack the Supreme Court. The Treasury Department is investigating as part of efforts to depoliticize the IRS, with Senator Tom Cotton calling for Sacco's immediate firing. Later, finally we have real justice. A NY appellate court has overturned a $500 million civil fraud penalty against Trump in a case brought by AG Letitia James. The court ruled the penalty was an excessive fine, violating the Eighth Amendment, which Mark Levin explained a year ago. Finally, the Trump administration is on track to deport over 400,000 undocumented immigrants in its first year. The big beautiful bill is enabling ICE to deport more illegal aliens and expand detention capacity with at least 50 new centers.

8/21/25 - Trump's Law and Order: Cleaning Up D.C. and Beyond

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, between 2020 and 2024, the Democratic Party saw a significant drop in voter registration across all 30 states that monitor party affiliation, losing 2.1 million voters while Republicans gained 2.4 million. This change, amounting to a total swing of 4.5 million voters, took place in battleground states as well as in traditionally blue and red states. In addition, with many assuming malicious intent without substantial evidence. However, the narrative has faded as the extraordinary accusation failed to hold up under scrutiny. The shift highlights how quickly public perception can change when dramatic claims lack corroboration. Also, Jack Ciattarelli joins the show to talk about the deterioration of New Jersey under Phil Murphy, emphasizing that the state deserves a more capable leader. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump calls into the show and discusses transforming the U.S. from a dead country under President Biden to the hottest nation globally, as affirmed by world leaders. Trump describes handling the Russia-Ukraine conflict through instinct rather than rigid processes, emphasizing his success in securing hostage releases without concessions. Furthermore, our media is deeply flawed, and Susan Rice is no exception as she criticizes Trump for not securing a cease-fire agreement. However, Trump is addressing a much larger issue that extends beyond just a cease-fire. European leaders, along with Zelensky and Putin, will not agree to a deal unless it meets their standards. It's noteworthy that Trump was able to facilitate discussions between Zelensky and Putin, a feat that Biden and many previous presidents would never have achieved. Also, Rep. Gregory Meeks and Rev. Al Sharpton have attacked Trump with "taking over" cities using the National Guard, effectively seizing control of significant African American neighborhoods and exploiting them. They even labeled Trump as "Jim Crow 2.0," a truly reprehensible accusation. However, many in Washington DC, including members of the African American community, are recognizing the need for safety and are thankful that the National Guard was present. With crime rampant in Washington DC and numerous other cities, this is a crucial part of Trump's strategy to restore safety and make these cities safe again.

8/19/25 - Navigating Chaos: President Trump's Approach to Russia and Ukraine

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL's Larry O'Connor fills in for Mark. Marco Rubio's State Department has reduced the number of student visas by over 6,000 following an executive order issued in January that mandated a review for potential security risks. This visa enforcement is among the most prominent immigration measures keeping education safe from foreign threats and influences. Also, President Trump declared that he will lead a movement aimed at abolishing mail-in voting and electronic voting machines ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, which was very overdue. He announced plans to sign an executive order, and he will succeed in ending the ballot corruption, once and for all. In addition, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This occurred during a phone call between Putin and President Trump right in the middle of a big meeting at the White House with Trump, Zelensky, and top European leaders. Trump told French President Emmanuel Macron, that he thinks Valdimir Putin wants to make a deal with him. Rutte later confirmed that Putin agreed to a meeting with Zelensky, though no confirmation on details yet.

8/18/25 - Trump, Zelensky, and the Quest for Peace

This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Democratic Party continues to try and link President Trump to Jeffrey Epstein. Unfortunately, no details are being revealed because of the case's sensitive nature, not due to any attempt to hide information by Trump. It is impossible to force the grand jury to reveal this information, as that would infringe upon the privacy rights that are fundamental to every case during its jurisdiction. These so-called influencers are promoting the Epstein issue as a significant concern, yet a CNN poll conducted by Harry Enten shows that interest in the Epstein matter has waned considerably. Senator Adam Schiff’s in hot water—he’s been accused of corruption and mortgage fraud. The FHFA says he listed both his Maryland and California homes as his “primary residence” to score better loan terms, which could violate federal laws. Now the Justice Department is looking into it, and Schiff says it’s all political payback from President Trump, which is just his way of trying to brush off what he did. George and Alex Soros are relentlessly working to undermine this nation. Despite the Soros family amassing billions from this country, they choose to finance antisemitic protestors, purchase radio stations to sway public opinion, and back radical Democrats and influencers. They are now supporting protests against President Trump’s crime crackdown in Washington, D.C., including a $20 million contribution to groups opposing the deployment of National Guard troops and federalization of D.C.’s police. When will the Republicans investigate the Soros family? Finally, the bizarre incident involving Sean Charles Dunn, a former Justice Department employee who threw a sandwich at federal officers. Dubbed the "D.C. sandwich slinger" by the New York Post, Dunn's actions have sparked outrage and legal consequences.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 8/16/25

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump's negotiating skills and common sense are on display during his meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska. Putin is a ruthless, Stalin-like dictator who rose through blackmail, eliminates opponents, and seeks to reclaim former territories, including NATO nations, while disregarding human losses. Putin’s war is a disaster for him, whose weakened military and finances face a determined Ukraine. Also, Mark goes live to the Trump and Putin news conference after their 3-hour meeting, in which we didn’t learn a whole lot from it. The meeting was productive but there’s no deal yet. There must have been some concessions from Putin if it was a productive meeting? Afterward, Sen Tom Cotton calls in with his take on the Trump/Putin meeting. Cotton notes Trump's realistic expectations for no major peace deal but potential ceasefire groundwork. He emphasized Trump's refusal to concede Ukrainian territory without involving Zelensky and Europeans, and plans to arm Ukraine while threatening severe sanctions on Russian oil exports to pressure Putin into negotiations.

8/15/25 - Putin and Trump: The Meeting That Could Change Everything

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the individual mandate portion of the Obamacare law (Affordable Care Act) was removed by a vote in Congress at the behest of the President of The United States. Six justices are likely to uphold it for the sake of severability and with the individual mandate severed from the ACA, the law is likely to stand. The Democrats know this yet they turned today's hearing into a theatrical campaign commercial. Joe Biden is going to pack the Supreme Court and Congressional Democrats are subsequently intent on destroying it. Then, Anthony Fauci claims he's being taken out of context in the latest Trump campaign ad when he says that Trump's coordinated response was "impressive" and that the President has always "followed the science." Fauci was unequivocal in his statement to Mark Levin on "Life Liberty and Levin" during the height of the pandemic. Later, RINO's and other radical leftists like AOC and renowned communist Angela Davis are excited about a Biden Presidency and have signed on to endorse Biden. Afterward, Sen. Lindsey Graham, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee joins the show to discuss today's hearing to confirm federal judge Amy Coney Barrett to the US Supreme Court. Graham also discussed using federal grants to get states to take control of their own healthcare. Graham stresses the importance of re-electing Trump in November. Finally, Congressional candidate Matt Rosendale calls in with an update on his campaign and why Democrats and Nancy Pelosi must be defeated.
