And the Democrat Party is all in. It is the most unconscionable assault on our nation since the Confederate Democrats dragged our country into a civil war. The battles in our streets between ICE and the mobs are battles for the survival of our Republic. Later, the 19-year-old who set fire Congregation Beth Israel referred to it as the "Synagogue of Satan"—an anti-Semitic phrase used by figures like Nick Fuentes and Candace Owens. People like Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon, Megyn Kelly, and others use inflammatory language that incites violence against Jews. Afterward, the Supreme Court should know that Trump imposed 25% tariffs on countries doing business with Iran solely for national security and foreign policy reasons, not economic or tax purposes, and that such decisions belong to the President as Commander-in-Chief, not judges or bureaucrats. The Court needs to reverse the lower court rulings and avoid involvement because judicial interference would disrupt historical presidential actions, blur the power of the purse from executive authority, and create havoc in the economy, international trade, foreign policy, and national security through inconsistent rulings from egomaniacal lower court judges.

1/13/26 - Freedom Fighters in Iran: The Struggle Against Oppression

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the Iranian people desire freedom amid starvation and lack of water under a fundamentalist Islamic regime that spreads terrorism, including attempts to assassinate President Trump, and must be destroyed to prevent further threats, as either terrorists are killed or they kill others. Eliminating this regime aligns with U.S. national security interests, benefiting allies by impacting China, Russia, and Venezuela, without aiming to install democracy but occasionally aiding others when it serves mutual goals, countering the mindset of inaction. Also, America is unraveling, with its founding principles under assault by groupism—all largely attributed to Democrats seeking permanent institutional control, as evidenced by attempts to imprison Trump and dominate culture, media, academia, entertainment, and science. The Democrat Party aims to undermine the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Electoral College, Supreme Court, and separation of powers while abusing the rule of law against opponents. Meanwhile, enemies within seek to replace the Republican Party with neo-fascist or Islamist variants, targeting all citizens, though they have failed so far; great republics collapse internally. Later, Sen Elizabeth Warren advocates for Democrats to embrace economic populism to regain ground in the 2026 midterms by focusing on lowering costs for families, mirroring Trump's messaging. Warren is a Marxist and populism is a leftist concept leading to socialism and tyranny, incompatible with the Constitution. Republicans need to counter Democrat by highlighting their failures in taxes, inflation, immigration, energy shortages, and Obamacare, while rejecting populism in favor of constitutional conservatism to win midterms and build trust.

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, there’s new information that contradicts what the Democrats and their media have been saying about Renee Nicole Good, the woman shot by an ICE agent. There’s been an effort to portray her as a non-activist, but she was a Minneapolis ‘ICE Watch’ ‘warrior’ who was trained to resist the feds before the shooting. The Democrat party and their media are responsible for this shooting with their violent rhetoric. Also, Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson are the worst type of grifters. There are enemies to people of deep Christian faith, Jews, patriotic Americans supporting President Trump, and those opposing the rise of Islamism and Marxism in the country. These grifters, motivated by millions in profits from a niche audience, have abandoned their past personas to preach anti-Semitism, bigotry, racism, Christian-bashing, and America-hating, stabbing Trump and his supporters in the back while using Saul Alinsky tactics to target, personalize, and assassinate characters, often Jews. Later, 17 Republicans joined Democrats in a 230-196 passage of a three-year extension of expired Obamacare health care tax credits. This extension, unlikely to pass the Senate unchanged, imposes tens of billions in costs on taxpayers without systemic reforms, perpetuating inefficient, second-class government-run health care akin to Bernie Sanders' proposals. Afterward, Iran enforced a nationwide internet blackout as protests demanding the removal of the Islamic government and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei escalated across cities. Protesters chanted "Death to Khamenei" and "freedom, freedom."

1/8/26 - Political Rhetoric and Its Deadly Consequences

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democratic Party deliberately ignores and rewrites immigration laws to import unassimilated illegal aliens from around the world. They use empty slogans on equality and affordability while destroying the nation. There are Somali immigrants in Minneapolis who cluster, have large families, fail to assimilate, and exploit the system. America is at a point of no return unless all of this is reversed under President Trump. The Democrat party and their media play a central role in violence against ICE. The Democrat governors and mayors, among others, using inflammatory rhetoric and yelling about resistance, not to mention several physically confronting ICE, have blood on their hands today. They've created a militant environment against ICE agents, smearing them as stormtroopers and alike, and turning ICE agents into physical targets in one city after another. There has been a campaign of organized and systematic violence against ICE in city after city, and the Democrat Party officials almost always and universally use the most provocative slogans to attack ICE. We don't have all the facts and we are looking at what videos are available, but we do know that you don't drive a vehicle at law enforcement -- literally within inches of at least one ICE official -- in a sudden burst when they are approaching the vehicle and talking to its driver. Later, in late 2025, the Islamic Tampa Area Muslim Professional Association (iTAMPA) was launched at a Florida Islamic school as a physician-led initiative to create a Sharia-compliant parallel healthcare system within Tampa's growing Muslim Brotherhood enclave. Tampa is positioned as a hub for Hijrah-driven migration, encouraging Muslims to relocate and build self-contained ecosystems encompassing schools, mosques, halal commerce, residential clustering, and healthcare to minimize dependence on non-Muslim systems. iTAMPA features a Muslim doctor directory, mentorship for generational succession, political engagement, and centralized Sharia governance via an Amir and shura council, aiming for fully independent Islamic communities replicable nationwide, as seen in models from Dallas, Chicago, and Detroit. Also, the military's operation that swiftly removed Nicholas Maduro from Caracas, without injuring any American soldiers, was spectacular. Democrats previously called for Maduro’s removal but now criticize the action, raising questions of impeachment of President Trump and war crimes. There’s a lack of national unity. In the past both parties would celebrate such an event and praise the president and military, but now Democrats oppose it while their militia protests in U.S. cities. The country is in deep trouble regardless of the president, as constitutional protections for free speech and association are exploited by these groups, now joined by a recurring Hitlerian wing of neo-fascists who celebrate Hitler and Stalin, obsessively trash Jews, evangelical Christians supporting Israel, and the U.S. itself, while promoting Islamism and Sharia law. Later, property rights are fundamental human rights, earned through intellectual and physical labor, reflecting one's limited time on earth to accumulate wealth for family. Slogans like Zohran Mamdani’s "warmth of the community" mask an iron fist of centralized government that erodes individual rights and liberties, rejecting Enlightenment and Judeo-Christian values in favor of Islamism and Marxism, which are incompatible with America's founding. The collective dehumanizes individuals and diminishes their creations. Afterward, these ideologies, whether Islamist or Marxist are incompatible with Americanism, posing a survival threat rather than an affordability issue. Marxism has failed everywhere, yet it's not taught in schools, media, or by podcasters. Our generation—parents and grandparents—must reclaim the public square to shield children from brainwashing by these diabolical saboteurs, including the Democrat Party, historically hostile to American beliefs.

During the Constitutional Convention, the Committee of Detail's initial draft assigned Congress the power to "make" war, differing from the Articles of Confederation and sparking debate. The delegates voted 8-1 to replace "make" with "declare."

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. The year 2025 marked the start of Making America Great Again. Thanks to President Donald Trump and numerous supporters, we are heading in a positive direction. With Trump at the helm, 2026 is poised to be even more successful, as many challenges were addressed last year. This allows Trump to concentrate on additional policies and issues, ultimately putting more money in our pockets and enhancing the safety of our nation. The government was cleaned out, our economy is growing, there are more jobs, our border is secure, and safety is being brought back to major cities. Also, Republicans must begin to closely monitor Democrats, particularly the Somali fraud scandal that has come to light. Numerous questionable activities are taking place behind the scenes, especially concerning votes. The reality that Minnesota is unable to manage this fraud highlights a significant lack of leadership, or worse, a willingness to turn a blind eye for the sake of votes, which is utterly unacceptable. Keeping an eye on them might help to stop future frauds and other scandals. The American people have suffered enough and it is time to put an end to this corruption.

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin on New Years Day. President Trump announces that the U.S. America has launched “Operation Hawkeye Strike” in Syria after ISIS ambushed and killed two of our soldiers and an interpreter. Trump promised overwhelming retaliation—and he’s delivering—sending jets, helicopters, and artillery to wipe out ISIS fighters and their infrastructure. This is real leadership: when you kill Americans, you pay the price. Later, America was founded by Christians—all delegates at the Constitutional Convention and Second Continental Congress were Christian—and Christianity is a tolerant, and humane faith enabling religious minorities to live freely. The Declaration of Independence's references to God stem from Judeo-Christian values, with Christianity heavily influenced by Judaism, as recognized by the founders; modern efforts, like those by Tucker Carlson, to separate the two are a new attack on both Jews and Christians, repudiated as blasphemy by pastors. Americanism is fundamentally incompatible with Islamism. There’s an alliance between leftists and Islamists driven by a shared goal of destroying the West, America, its Constitution, and republican system. Afterward, America owes its greatness to the Republican Party, which ended slavery and passed civil rights acts that Democrats wrongly claim credit for, rooted in foundational principles called constitutional conservatism. Without it, the nation would be an awful, dark, lawless place. The party fights to secure borders, promote assimilation, teach true history (good, bad, and ugly), and elect conservatives who embrace national ideals, leading to better quality of life in free states compared to dying blue ones. However, internal threats like Tucker Carlson, Nick Fuentes, and Steve Bannon seek to destroy the Republican Party—not just its establishment—and its Judeo-Christian foundations, abandoning the legacy of Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Coolidge, Eisenhower, Reagan, and Trump, without specifying a replacement. In addition, U.S. Attorney's office in Minnesota has announced new indictments in the Somali community revealing industrial-scale fraud in the state's Medicaid programs, with half or more of the roughly $18 billion paid out since 2018 potentially fraudulent across at least 14 high-risk services. The fraud outpaces other states, risking essential services and ripping off taxpayers. Why isn’t there any outrage from Democrats like Rep Ilhan Omar? Also, Inflation is decreasing significantly, and the U.S. economy is poised for improvement despite possible short-term dips, ultimately leading to growth. President Trump has implemented extensive pro-growth measures across sectors such as natural resources, food, commercial fisheries, and farming, including removing Biden-era regulations, and enacting massive tax and regulatory cuts reminiscent of Reagan's. Finally, we have a growing terrorist threat in Europe stemming from the Israel-Hamas conflict in Gaza, which has been exported through operational networks involving Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran. These Islamists are already in the U.S. waiting and plotting.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best of Mark Levin on News Years Day! There are impeachable offenses that have been committed by President Biden that every American can understand and are affected by, like the obliteration of our immigration laws and giving aid and financial support to a regime in Iran that is attacking American soldiers. The mayhem and humanity taking place on the southern border will not be covered by the Democrat media, which is leaving tens of thousands of people dead. If we cannot control our sovereignty we cannot control our country, and this is being done intentionally to drive an ideological agenda. The Biden Crime family selling the office is definitely a reason to impeach as well, but other important impeachable offenses are not being discussed by the media or the Republicans. Meanwhile, Jack Smith is constantly pushing the envelope and looking for ways to twist laws and apply them in a way that was never meant to be applied, like with the Klansman Act. Judge Chutkan is setting a dangerous precedent by charging Trump, and we cannot allow a prosecutor or a judge that does something that violates the Framers’ intention of separation of government. Also, Biden is demanding that Israel conclude its ground war with Hamas within the next three weeks and telling the Israeli people that they must give up their ancestral homes to the Palestinians. Biden is undermining the state of Israel by blocking armaments and also calling for Netanyahu to be removed as Prime Minister while sabotaging him. Later, University presidents like those of Harvard, MIT, and the now former president of UPenn, do not understand the history of the 1st amendment and allow their institutions to criminally promote anti-Semitism. These anti-Semitic threats and mobs on college campuses are not protected speech, and what they are arguing for is not protected either. The Supreme Court has said so as well, but under President Biden and Merrick Garland not a single U.S. Attorney has brought charges against anybody.
