On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, in the spirit of George Wallace, Democrats in Virginia disenfranchised millions of voters through a misleading referendum on representation, which passed in a Democrat-majority state where most Democrats voted against Republicans having any seats. But the Tazewell Circuit Court just ruled the referendum unconstitutional on two grounds: the ballot language was utterly misleading and the legislature’s vote to place it on the ballot violated state law. The judge issued an injunction blocking certification and denied a stay, with a final order forthcoming and immediate appeal expected to the Virginia Supreme Court. Ken Cuccinelli calls in and explains the Circuit Court’s decision. There are four significant state constitutional violations, any one of which could invalidate the referendum or the resulting map, as challengers only need to prove one flaw while defenders must win on all four. Also, the Southern Poverty Law Center has targeted and maligned traditional conservatives for decades. After the civil rights era, it struggled to find enough discrimination under federal and state law to attract donors, so it created such discrimination on a grand scale. According to an indictment with receipts, the organization funneled more than $3 million in donor funds to extremist groups. It set up accounts with fake names to launder the money and conceal its involvement. Later, Dana Perino calls in to discuss her new novel - Purple State. She also weighed in on the Southern Poverty Law Center which she called the greatest extortion scam in a long time by creating and inflating hate in order to claim credit for fighting it. Perino also emphasized that Israel’s post-October 7 actions and recent intelligence gains have put the Iranian regime on the ropes, and Trump would ultimately finish the job.

4/22/26 - Mark Levin: We've NEVER Seen Democrats This Desperate

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party sides with Iran and terrorists, including Hamas and Hezbollah. Sen Chris Murphy posted “awesome” upon reading a false report that 28 Iranian ships had escaped a U.S. blockade in the Strait of Hormuz. Sen Chuck Schumer embraces candidates like Abdul El-Said in Michigan, who compares Israel to Hamas and campaigns with Hasan Piker. Americans will not tolerate elected officials rooting for the enemy. Also, President Trump has excommunicated the Woke Reich, like Tucker Carlson, who is finished. His erraticism, extremism, and long list of isms, and his public decline and unraveling, have been career and influence killing. Later, the U.S. is taking a wait and see approach toward Iran, due to the regime's divided leadership and lack of a single negotiating voice. A divided regime creates the ideal precondition for collapse, so the U.S. should actively assist this by using all tools available to force its collapse and arm the courageous Iranian people. Afterward, Rep Chip Roy calls in and announces the MAMDANI Act of 2026 (Measures Against Marxism’s Dangerous Adherents and Noxious Islamists), which enacts sweeping immigration law changes to deport, denaturalize, deny U.S. citizenship, or bar entry to any alien who is a member of a socialist, communist, Chinese Communist Party, or Islamic fundamentalist party, or who advocates for socialism, communism, Marxism, or Islamic fundamentalism. The U.S. has no obligation to admit aliens seeking to undermine the Constitution or promote ideologies opposed to American values. Finally, Democrats in Virginia just voted to redraw congressional districts in a way that dismantles Republican strongholds, an action led by Gov Abigail Spanberger, who campaigned as a moderate and specifically promised not to alter redistricting. This is the worst gerrymandering in American history, especially in a purple state like Virginia.

4/21/26 - Mark Levin: Democrats Are Siding With Iran and Terrorists

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, it’s a huge mistake if a possible U.S. offer includes a 10-year moratorium on Iranian uranium enrichment. If true, President Trump should walk away from these terms. We should just finish of the Iranian regime right now because we’ll never have this opportunity again. Also, members of Congress and others are now openly campaigning with Nazis, jihadists, and Marxists which should concern everyone. Democrats like Rep Ro Khanna, who align with figures like Hassan Piker, stand with Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah. This reflects a broader Democrat alignment against America and Israel. Meanwhile, Khanna achieved a 143% return on Nvidia stock purchased by his wife through a family trust worth tens of millions. The timing coincided with the federal CHIPS Act, which more than doubled Nvidia's share price. There should be a criminal investigation and House Ethics Committee review on this. Later, Alan Dershowitz calls in and announces that he’s becoming a Republican because the Democratic Party has become the most anti-Israel party in U.S. history, with some extremists veering toward anti-Semitism. Dershowitz says he is determined to do everything possible to prevent Democrats from gaining control of the House, Senate, or presidency in three years. Finally, Republicans in Virginia need to get out and vote no for redistricting. Failure to turn out will result in losing your congressional voice, with national implications for control of the House, as Democrats seek to choose representatives for Republicans nationwide.

4/20/26 - Iran Negotiations: A Dangerous Game of Leverage

This week on the Mark Levin Show, Rep. Eric Swalwell is resigning from the House of Representatives and dropped out of his race for Governor amid mounting sexual assault allegations. Reporters say that Swalwell’s behavior was known – if that’s the case why wasn’t it reported? This points to a long-standing cover-up by elected Democrats, party operatives, and elements of the media, who continued to support and promote Swalwell despite the allegations. Later, by order of President Trump, the Strait of Hormuz has been blockaded. Of course, thanks to Democrats, the U.S. Navy is trying to do more with less. And the Woke Reich, neo-fascists, and Islamists are teaming up to work against Trump. But this is bigger than Iran. China claims the South China Sea and has artificial islands there. If Iran gets away with closing the Strait and charging fees for passage, would China do the same in the South China Sea? But the woke right and Islamists don't care. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump believes a deal with Iran is close and has announced that the Strait of Hormuz is open. However, the Iranian regime consists of terrorists who think long-term beyond election cycles. The U.S. maintains strong military and economic pressure on Iran, with forces positioned in the region, and should not ease this grip. Also, forty Democrats voted against allowing the sale of specialized military bulldozers to Israel, while every Republican, including Sen Rand Paul, voted in favor. These bulldozers are used solely to clear minefields and save lives, particularly those of IDF soldiers, and were a significant part of the package Israel sought to purchase. Voting no effectively does the work of Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis by blocking defensive tools that do not kill anyone. Later, James Carville stated that if Democrats win the presidency and both houses of Congress, they should on day one make D.C. and Puerto Rico states and expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices. Democrats like Carville want to destroy our republic for their benefit. Finally, Buck Sexton calls in to discuss his new book, Manufacturing Delusion: How the Left Uses Brainwashing, Indoctrination, and Propaganda Against You. He explains that after breaking down individuals through menticide, brainwashing, thought reform, and Pavlovian conditioning, the next phase is "identity construction." This process, achieved largely through propaganda, rebuilds people with a new, manufactured group identity that makes them operate as a single programmable entity serving the designers of the belief system. It strips away rationality, critical thinking, individual identity, and natural resistance to lies, rendering the new identity impervious to facts or evidence.

4/17/26 - Trump Says Iran Deal is Close — But Here's the Catch

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the reporting of a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon is perplexing because Israel is not at war with the Lebanese government or army but is instead trying to destroy Hezbollah in Lebanon, which is effectively an extension of Iran. There is concern is that Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Iranian regime may survive by the time President Trump leaves office, though there is no reason for Hezbollah to survive at all given its history of attacks. Also, what is Trump doing that is so irreligious, especially when the United States is in a position to act against a terrorist Islamist regime that slaughters tens of thousands of its own people, rapes, murders, tortures, and plans to hang four young people, including a woman, for nothing. No major faith—Catholicism, Christianity, Judaism—teaches non-involvement or passivity in the face of such evil. Rather than raising doubts about righteous actions, spiritual leaders should speak out against these evils. Later, Chris Rufo calls in and reveals that California under Gov Gavin Newsom experienced at least $30 billion in annual fraud, with the main areas being the Medi-Cal program, unemployment insurance and roughly 25% fraud in various social programs like homelessness, autism, and in-home care services. Rufo also reveals that California provides sex-change procedures to homeless illegal aliens. Finally, Rep Clay Fuller, who won the congressional seat previously held by Marjorie Taylor Greene, calls in explains that Trump’s early endorsement was the key factor in his victory. He immediately joined the Sharia Free America Caucus and signed on for the Save American Act, viewing the spread of Sharia law and non-assimilating communities as a grave threat to the Constitution and founding principles, similar to Europe’s no-go zones and suicide of immigration.

Later, Rep Elise Stefanik calls in to discuss her new book - Poisoned Ivies: The Inside Account of the Academic and Moral Rot at America's Elite Universities. Also, the current sacrifices for the Iran war are minimal compared to past battles. This is a fight to prevent primitive terrorists from launching nuclear missiles at the country and to protect Western young people from slaughter, shooting, rape, and brutality. Despite this, gasoline prices are now lower than under Biden, while inflation has dropped significantly. Presidents can only do so much and often cause more damage than good, yet President Trump has taken many actions to help average Americans. Finally, Julie Kelly calls in and explains that Judge James Boasberg suffered another setback as the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a second writ of mandamus, definitively ending his 13-month contempt investigation against the Trump administration.

Also, Jihadi Islamists are now embedded in the U.S., including a mayor in Paterson, NJ, an imam in Dearborn, Michigan, and figures like podcaster Hasan Piker. While the overall Muslim population in America is not yet massive, it is growing rapidly, and communities are concentrating in specific towns and cities. These groups form segregated communities where Sharia law exerts control, either openly or discreetly. Later, Mediaite’s founding editor Colby Hall, has reportedly been suspended for alleged and “completely unacceptable errors.” It appears Mediaite has lost confidence in him. Afterward, Josh Hammer calls in and argues that the fake conservatives in the podcast space are motivated purely by self-interest and metrics, not by altruism or concern for the country, and their incentives harm the conservative movement and the United States. We should ignore these self-serving voices and seek out those in it for the right reasons - good people still exist in broadcasting and podcasting, though they are fewer than before.

He pointed to Democratic discomfort with Swalwell potentially running in California’s jungle primary, where two Republicans currently lead, raising fears of a Republican vs. Republican general election. Also, the Democrats repeatedly invoke the 25th Amendment, knowing the media will amplify it to create a hostile environment for the president, even though the Vice President and Cabinet will not act. The Democrats who falsely claims Congress can invoke the 25th Amendment are ignorant. Their push to remove President Trump by any means—25th Amendment, impeachment, or resignation—reveals their hypocrisy, as they once covered up Biden’s incapacity. Later, Zohran Mamdani says he’ll fight for the many, but not the few—what does that even mean? Capitalism created automobiles, the greatest medical system on earth, air conditioning, heating, housing for the vast majority of Americans, and fully stocked food stores. Socialism created nothing; it is not in the business of wealth creation, economic growth, or innovation—only control and redistribution of wealth. Democrats pretend to be the champion of the many but actually hate them, as shown by open borders and refusal to deport criminal illegal aliens.

4/13/26 - The Downfall of Eric Swalwell

This week on the Mark Levin Show, the media are partisan activists who hate the Constitution and the American people. Neither the Supreme Court justices during oral arguments for birthright citizenship nor the critical headlines offered any substantive counters, such as a single statement from the authors of the 1866 Act or 14th Amendment supporting universal citizenship for children of illegal aliens. If the Court constitutionalizes birthright citizenship for children of aliens or illegal aliens—something with no basis in the Constitution—it would enshrine a policy Congress has never enacted, leading to monumental consequences, including incentivized mass illegal immigration, exploitation by China through birth tourism, and future security risks from citizens with foreign loyalties holding sensitive positions. Senator Chuck Schumer and the Democrats are undermining our war effort for power. Schumer acts like the president's decision to order military action against Iran, despite tireless efforts to negotiate with that regime to abandon its nuclear program and surrender its enriched uranium, which was fruitless, and indeed the regime's negotiators bragged that they would have 11 nuclear bombs in 10 days, was rash and irresponsible. Their goal is not the defeat of Iran and the removal of a nuclear threat, but the defeat of the president and, if they can, his removal. Later, he attacks on President Trump from the Woke Reich Neo-fascists are dispiriting, divisive, and harmful to the country and the conservative movement, potentially undermining Republican chances in midterm elections by aiding the left, spreading conspiracy theories, and diverting focus from unity and the agenda. The President is acting in the country’s best interest despite facing significant opposition and personal cost. Compare that with politicians and commentators who accuse him of profiting from their positions or undermining the movement.
