Why it is easy to stay in your "bubble", why it is important to practice leaving your comfort zone AND what step/s you can take today to grow/expand your "bubble". There is also a journaling opportunity to help you explore your comfort zone "bubble" and to identify the "next you" after stepping out of the familiar.
