Are you thinking about all the things you 'should' be or 'should' be doing or 'should' have or 'should' be better at? Most of us are spending a lot of time worrying about NOT being enough. We worry about how we can be better, we stress about what we should be doing and how we don't think we are doing enough or doing a good enough job. But what if our success and our happiness isn't dependant on you being/doing more? What if it is in acknowledging how enough you are? You are doing enough, you have enough and you are enough. Once we acknowledge and start to remember how 'enough' we are, we can then take action in aligned and non-attached ways.
