The intention for this recording was to chat about self doubt (as in, what this actually is) and self love (as a remedy for self doubt), however, we went deeper into WHY we are doubting ourselves and did self love come about as a marketing scheme for the programmed self doubt in our lives?

This depth really highlights the importance of questioning what is happening around us and being super open and grounded in how you are feeling and what you are truly SEEING.
