This weeks '10 Minutes of Magic' Episode is another beautiful bed time tool for you to use whenever you feel like you need to release any daily stress or any tension you have built up in your body and in your mind.
This episode is best done just before you go to sleep as this is when the brain is most receptive. Just before sleep and first thing in the morning are the best times of day to influence the brain. This is why we don't want to fall asleep with stressful thoughts otherwise more stress will manifest over night.
So after you have gotten ready for bed, either sit on your bed or lay down in bed and turn on this episode. Repeat the affirmations after me and let your eyes close. If you fall asleep that is perfectly okay - the sound of these affirmations will still have influence over your mind.
