1) The huge ruling by a three judge panel in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals that upheld a key parts of an injunction levied against the Biden Administration for "coercing" and "encouraging" tech companies to censor speech regarding Covid-19 and the 2020 Election. Citing a violation of the 1st Amendment. A win or free speech!!

2) A New Mexico gun ban levied by the Governor is frozen by a Federal Judge. A win for gun rights.

3) Dr. Cornel West's heated exchange on The Jimmy Dore show, in which Jimmy basically accuses Dr. West of simping for Joe Biden as a means of "protecting America from neofascism". A typical losing move by the Green Party.
