‘Murder Upon Murder’: Death Penalty Expert Weighs in on Bryan Kohberger Case

The judge overseeing Bryan Kohberger’s case told prosecutors they have 60 days to file their notice of intent to seek the death penalty for the accused Idaho student murderer if he’s convicted. Kohberger stands accused of stabbing four University of Idaho students to death in November 2022.
