Florida's ‘Perfect Neighbor’ Wants to Sue Kids of Woman She Killed

Mia Bailey, 30, accepted a plea deal in Utah court on Thursday, agreeing to plead guilty to murder and aggravated assault charges, with the stipulation that she was mentally unwell at the time she committed her crimes.
