Man Having Seizure Was Tased in Violent Police Encounter: Lawsuit

Representatives for Jack Bruce say he experienced his first major seizure while driving in Hercules, California last year. Despite acknowledging that Bruce may still be experiencing a seizure or its after effects, police officers pulled Bruce from the car and tased him for allegedly resisting. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber reviews the police bodycam and lawsuit with Bruce’s attorney David Fiol.
