Russia says it will “drastically reduce military activity” on two fronts - Kyiv and Chernihiv, following diplomatic talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul. But skepticism abounds from the White House, with the Pentagon calling the move a minor “repositioning, not a withdrawal”, as heavy shelling continues. Russia says it is now focusing on the “liberation of Donbas”.
