Manchester United and England defender Maya le Tissier goes on a dog walk with Betty Glover! There are proposed changes to the League Cup where teams who qualify for the league phase of the Champions League will no longer participate in the League Cup.

Lionesses, 2035 World Cup & League Cup changes

It’s the last international break of 2025 so Ben Haines and Emma Sanders are back at St. George’s Park as the Lionesses prepare for two friendlies against China and Ghana.

Em catches up with Liverpool captain Grace Fisk, who tells us about receiving another call-up, being a sponge around the senior leadership group on camp and being taught by an FBI agent in America! Arsenal defender Lotte Wubben-Moy also joins the pod to talk about building her confidence, new faces in camp and the FA reaching their target of 90% of schools in England offering girls equal access to football in PE.

At the other end of the table West Ham and Liverpool both got their first points of the season but both conceded late in extra time.
