Yes, just like in Himachal Pradesh, the party is facing revolt and discontent on at least 40 seats ahead of the polling. The discontent is only growing as the party announced second list of candidates two days ago. With this the party announced about 160+ candidates for the 182 seat Gujarat Assembly polls. However, on many seats the party has changed sitting MLAs and given chance to new faces. This has led to internal turmoil in the Gujarat Unit of the party and many sitting MLAs whose tickets were cut are now preparing to go the Himachal Way.
