"The election commission of India after much anticipation announced the dates for Gujarat Assembly Polls today. It was anticipated that the poll dates will be in November, however, according to schedule the polling dates have been set in the first week of December. Like Last time, this time too, the election will happen in two phases. The first phase will see 89 Constituencies going for poll whereas in the second phase 93 constituencies will vote. In the first phase constituencies from Kutch, Saurashtra and South Gujarat region will vote, in the second maximum constituencies are from North and Central Gujarat. The First phase of Election will take place on 1st December, the 2nd phase will be on 5th of December., The results will be announced on 8th of december along with the results of Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections.
