404 Weeks Before Tata-Airbus Project In Gujarat Announcement, Nitin Gadkari Had Written To TATA Sons

The Multi-crore projects supposed to come up in the state going to Gujarat has led to a lot of furore in Maharashtra. On Thursday Maharashtra lost another project of Tata-Airbus Defence Manufacturing project to Gujarat. This is the fourth such project that has flown out of the state and is being set up in the neighbouring state of Gujarat. While the opposition has slammed Shinde-Fadnavis govt for failing to secure the investment in the state, the BJP has blamed previous MVA govt for not doing enough to retain the projects. While the Political parties keep going back and forth on the allegations and counter allegations, new information has revealed that even Union Minister Nitin Gadkari had written to tata sons to choose the site in Maharashtra for the project. In spite of the strong recommendation by the Union Minister and one of the tall BJP leader the company chose to move the project to Gujarat. There are few more documents that have come to light too.
