My Human Design

Everyone comes on to this planet with extraordinary ‘giftedness’ potential. The journey of becoming our most actualized self is not only using and flexing those gifts so that they get stronger - it’s also about the consciousness and intention we put behind each one of those gifts. Every Gift in our Design has a low consciousness version of itself and a high consciousness version, and a whole spectrum in between. So often, any negative trait is simply the opposite side of the same coin that giftedness and divinity also live on. We just need to flip the coin. Here’s how.

What is Alignment?

We can manifest anything we want - but trying to feel joy and abundant when you feel far away from it is hard. Whereas when you become your Real Self, your life starts to align itself without you ‘trying’ to manifest anything - and what appears in your reality is far more wonder-full and delightful than you ever could have asked for or imagined anyway. The best part? You witness your dreams as your Real Self, having loved who you became along the way. And you realize, that was the ultimate manifestation of them all.

Law of Attraction and Human Design

In this episode, we discuss the people pleasing and fears of rejection that skew all of our relationships, and why we simply cant afford to be partaking in those types of energies anymore. Realigning Our Friendships + Relationships

Social anxiety is a big theme that all humans have to address and contend with. It comes from a good place - we want to feel love and belonging. But we’ve come to this point where the cost is way too big; we are contorting ourselves, losing ourselves, and abandoning ourselves in those moments, feeling drained and inauthentic and anything but filled up with connection after. Yes we can practice being our Real Selves in private but with others is where the tests and the magic can really lie. So let’s turn it around so it’s the magic that we get. Heres to our Rising

Overcoming Social Anxiety

If we really true understood another person we would be unable to judge them. There would only be total understanding of why they do and say what they do and say, and also so much acceptance that EVERYONE is simply… on their way. Everyone is getting to their most integrated selves but that’s not what we should measure them by. Add to that, our own filter of how well someone is doing has so much conditioning on it too. Being free of judgement is one of the biggest spiritual up levels we can have. This is why I believe Human Design is such a gift - because if you can SEE the people in your life, you cant judge them. And once there is compassion instead of judgement, you can’t help but feel love towards them. Understanding ourselves and each other will heal the world. Let’s talk about it.

We’ve been raised in a culture of figuring everything out - in order to be happy, figure out what you want. In order to end up somewhere good, figure out your goals. 

What if none of that is true? What if being so in the mind, controlling our destiny so tightly is just a false sense of safety and what if our Souls are ALREADY driving us towards our destiny regardless, and we just need to get out the way?
