Briony rose to fame as a semi-finalist on The Great British Bake Off (2018), winning audiences over with her humor, resilience, and creativity. She now co-hosts Escape To The Country and appears on Morning Live (BBC One), alongside credits on Food Unwrapped, Would I Lie To You?, House of Games, and more. In 2021 and 2022, she was named on The Shaw Trust’s Disability Power 100 List.
Briony is an ambassador for Reach, Bristol Mind, and Paul’s Place. A Durham University graduate in Spanish and French, she later traveled the world before becoming a secondary school teacher. She has also guest-hosted on BBC Radio Bristol and Somerset.
