Episode 28 - Stirred by God

This episode looks at Ezra 1:1-11. In this passage, we read about how God stirred the heart of a heathen king (a king who did not even know the one true God) and tasked him with rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem. Not only did God stir him, but the people of God were also stirred in their spirits to do what God had commanded. We learn from this lesson that God seeks to stir His people to do the work He has called them to do.
