The gospel was the first message of the newborn, New Testament church. After the apostle Peter preached the gospel, the crowd was convicted of their sins and asked, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" And Peter answered them. Pick up your Bible or phone and turn to Acts 2 to hear the story.
