In this episode we once again have on friend of the show, Remy and his wife Ashley. Together they own and operate Kumankaya. A healing and retreat center just outside of Tulum, in Mexico. We not only go over what they are offering at their center but a story on how they began their path and how they ended up selling everything they had and left the comforts of their lives to follow the call of the Medicine and all the beautiful twists and turns that followed as they embraced their path. We also discuss some of their personal and professional work with some sacred plant medicines as a search for self discovery and connection, giving oneself space, overcoming what they refer to as 'Sacred Terror', pushing the boundaries of rationality to gain a different life perspective and experiencing self-love as an act of self-service.
