Full Time with Meg Linehan: A show about women's soccer

The first round of group stage matches at Euro 2025 are in the books, and England are on the ropes after a disastrous 2-1 defeat to France in their opening match of the tournament.

On the opening edition of Full Time Euros, Tamerra Griffin is joined by Cerys Jones, Megan Feringa, and Charlotte Harpur to analyze every match, the biggest performances and talking points from the first round of the group stage of Euro 2025.

Charlotte calls in from Stadion Letzigrund, fresh from speaking to the England players and head coach Sarina Wiegman about the defeat, to give her insight from Zurich. How did the French boss the midfield and penetrate on the wings so easily? Then, Megan recounts an emotional day with Wales in Lucerne, who fell to the Netherlands in their first-ever Euros match, as well as one of the strangest press conferences of her career where allegations of puppet mastery were flying between coach and media.

Is England in crisis ahead of Euro 2025?

From a café in Paris, Meg Linehan sat down with NWSL commissioner Jessica Berman for a special one-on-one interview episode. The conversation focused on how the league is strategizing to maximize the impact of the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Can the NWSL build on the success of the gold medal-winning U.S. women's national team, as well as dozens of high-profile foreign players who featured in Paris? With the second half of the NWSL regular season beginning on August 23, how much of a catalyst could these Games be?

With a renewed vision to be the best league in the world, Berman shared her thoughts on Naomi Girma, Marta, the power of joy, club ownership, the importance of marketing, "Super Bowl-esque events" and more.
