We’ve got our worm back

Kate, Jim and Vish are here, weary-eyed and wounded, to pick through the smouldering wreckage left by the announcement of the European Super League. Twelve clubs, six English sides, four billion dollars and not a single fan consulted.

We then catch the crest of the next breaking news wave, as José Mourinho gets sacked by Tottenham a week before their inevitable Carabao Cup triumph. We also catch up on some actual football from the weekend, as the FA Cup finalists were decided and Sheffield United were finally relegated from the Premier League.
