Spurs' miserable season hits a new low as they're beaten 5-2 by Atletico Madrid in the 1st leg of their last 16 tie. Kelly is joined by correspondent John Murray, Tottenham great Chris Waddle and former Spurs goalkeeper Paul Robinson who gives his take on Igor Tudor's decision to substitute goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky after just 17 minutes. 

Newcastle were seconds away from a famous win against Barcelona at St James' Park but a last-minute Lamine Yamal penalty means they head into the 2nd leg level at 1-1.

Plus, Liverpool are beaten 1-0 by Galatasaray in Istanbul for the second time this season.

Champions League Debrief: Nightmare in Madrid for Spurs

The first piece of domestic silverware this season is up for grabs and Ben Haines is joined by our Senior Women's Football reporter Emma Sanders to provide the ultimate preview to Chelsea v Manchester United in the League Cup final at Ashton Gate on Sunday 15th March.

Liverpool full back Andy Robertson speaks to BBC Sport's Nahyan Chowdhury ahead of his sides FA Cup fifth round tie against Wolves. 

The Scotland captain talks about what the FA Cup means to him, his experiences winning it with Liverpool in the 2021-22 season, what it would mean to win it this season, but how they're just taking it one game at a time. Bodo/Glimt claimed another big Champions League scalp, beating Inter Milan 5-2 on aggregate to reach the last 16, with Newcastle also through after a 9-3 win over Qarabag. 

Julien Laurens and Dwight Gayle are with Kelly Cates for reaction to all the night’s action. We’re at St James’ Park where John Muray and Chris Sutton watched Eddie Howe’s side secure their passage to the knockout stage, and Norwegian Journalist Marius Guttormsen joins us from the San Siro on another famous night for Bodo.

We ask what this means for Italian football as well with the very real possibility there will be no Italian team in the last 16 after Inter Milan’s exit and with Juventus and Atalanta trailing going in the second legs of their respective ties. 

Plus, there’s reaction to Middlesbrough missing the chance to go level on points with Coventry at the top of the Championship, and Snoop Dogg stealing the show at Swansea.
