President Trump is testing ideas to help consumers, including potential tariff dividends and fifty year mortgages Those may be a tough sell, but Mr. Trump did move to roll back tariffs on some food imports not widely produced in the U.S. One price spike that can't be fixed by easing tariffs: health care premiums, especially for those covered under Obamacare.
