Today, Devi is reminding you that “life is hard,” and if you’re living with chronic pain, autoimmune issues, or ADHD, it takes patience, self-advocacy, and finding what actually supports you day to day. During Devi’s visit to the Sha Wellness Clinic in Cancun, an intentional reset for her personal health, modern medicine + holistic care, VO2 max testing, ICARUS, osteopathy, scans, acupuncture, and biofeedback, she realized she's been in fight-or-flight for five months despite all the wonderful moments that also occurred during this period. The question that has been circling and the idea of being seen has been at the forefront. What does it really mean to be “seen,” and why chasing it can give away your power? “No one is ever going to fully see you… But do you see you?” and we land on this truth: “It’s on God’s time. You still got to do it… even if no one notices.” It is important to know that who you are must exist beyond the share button of exposure. Because the more time you spend seeing yourself, the more deliberate and conscious you can become towards your direct healing needs.
