Donald Trump made the announcement on Truth Social this afternoon and named Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) as her replacement. Noem’s firing comes after weeks of turmoil in Minneapolis, resulting in the deaths of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good, and reports from all over the country of U.S. citizens being detained and assaulted by ICE officers.
