2025 is your year to focus on your mission, your goals, your life, your passions and wildest dreams - so why are you still throwing your energy into people and situations that aren't benefiting your highest good? 

In this episode, I get transparent about learning how I found my purpose by realigning my energy and finding my PURPOSE and focusing on that instead of a person. I reflect on a past relationship and realize how far I've come in my healing process. Instead of going back, I focused more on my purpose and what makes ME feel good.

How toxic relationships can make you sick

Coming from someone who grew up with anxiety, I felt called to finally make an episode about GROUNDING. Grounding your energy is so important and we are going into this year feeling confident, with a new aura - a calm, confidence.

How to be grounded and move with calm confidence - eliminate anxiety now.

Self explanatory. If you see some major issues early on, my best advice is to get out while you still can. The red flags you see in the beginning are the reasons you'll most likely leave the relationship later - or they'll be the reason you're unhappy in a relationship. Yes, people can grow and change, however, I've noticed that my gut was always telling me to run prior to diving deeper into a situation with someone...yet I just ignored it. Let's talk about it.
