2025 is your year to focus on your mission, your goals, your life, your passions and wildest dreams - so why are you still throwing your energy into people and situations that aren't benefiting your highest good? 

In this episode, I get transparent about learning how I found my purpose by realigning my energy and finding my PURPOSE and focusing on that instead of a person. I reflect on a past relationship and realize how far I've come in my healing process. Instead of going back, I focused more on my purpose and what makes ME feel good.

How toxic relationships can make you sick

I am constantly flooded with this question: Do all men come back? If you’re in a waiting period right now, this episode validates all of the feelings that come along with that.
