Plus, Israel rejects calls for a ceasefire, launching large-scale strikes on Gaza as US Military advisers urge avoidance of an all-out ground assault, invoking lessons learned from the Iraq War. And, ex-Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows reportedly strikes a deal with federal prosecutors, offering up testimony about the former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election, in exchange for immunity.
