What Happened to the Song of the Summer?

Multiple counties and cities in Florida have opted to remove license plate readers, including Flock cameras, following an order from the state's Department of Transportation banning them from state roadways. It comes amid nationwide, bipartisan backlash to the technology, which has resulted in some cases of vandalism. We hear from a sheriff about why he thinks criminals are cheering his move to remove license plate readers in his Florida county.
