It's important to know that we have the power to say "no" when we feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Let’s practice saying “no” when we’re faced with situations that go against our boundaries. It’s normal to feel nervous saying no, but it’s better to decline rather than regret our decision to go against our instincts. We can trust our guts and stay true to ourselves just by saying one word: No.
