Final Ruling on Marc Wasserman’s “Airbnb” Court Case hearing.

Police were initially called when a neighbor of an Airbnb summoned officers to a home because an unfamiliar “black guy with red shirt” made a “gang gesture by whistling” to a male friend. Police arrive on the scene to find no one at the front of the home, in which officers then helped themselves inside the home by illegally entering the property through the side and gaining entry via a backdoor.
