Wherever it’s been derived from, the history and importance of this substance is as fascinating as its ingredients.

What does its marketing tell us about our own prejudices? Did the Ancient Greeks really believe it was a contraceptive? And why is there such shame around the use of this wonderful product? Kate is joined by author Hallie Lieberman to find out.
