#260: Matildas legacy, AFL closet, Britney & Sam

Myf’s made her road trip north and has all the news from life on the road with Vyv. There’s heaps to catch up on too, as Myf and Zan reunite to reflect on the Matildas wins and how they celebrated. There’s a lot of talk of legacy too, and the changes being made in women’s sport overall.

One thing that hasn’t changed is inappropriate behaviour at the workplace: Spanish Football Federation boss, we’re looking at you. Meanwhile in the AFL, a 4 Corners story on gay players within the league has us thinking about the legacy of that taboo, and why it still exists.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have announced their divorce, and it’s hot girl summer on overload (with the Britney army protecting their queen). And we’ve warmed to And Just Like That so much we’re talking about S03 and our hope for spin offs.

Myf’s still in her podcast era and banging on about a recent chat between Abbie Chatfield and Yumi Stynes, while Zan is weeping contentedly in the cinema at Past Lives.
