Ukrainian Military Says Russian Retreat In Kharkiv Continues

Ukrainian forces are continuing their counteroffensive against the Russians in the northeastern Kharkiv region. As Russian troops have started to retreat, there’s new evidence of atrocities in Ukraine’s second largest city.
