Trump Administration Officials Brief Key Lawmakers On Venezuela Strike

Russia is accusing Ukraine of orchestrating an attack on a fuel depot inside Russian territory but CNN is unable to verify Russian claims that the fire was caused by an air strike from Ukrainian helicopters.
