NVIDIA CEO on AI Warnings and Growing Calls to Regulate It

A DC federal judge could weigh in anytime now, on whether the President of the United States can bar members of the press, including CNN, from the White House. District Judge Timothy Kelly promised to respond, quote, "as soon as possible," after listening to arguments this afternoon from both sides in the case, which pits CNN, MS NOW and Politico against the president, who kicked all three organizations off White House grounds last Friday. Plus, what President Xi Jinping hopes to get from the president when they meet tomorrow, and the tribute he's already gotten from him.

Awaiting Judge's Ruling After Hearing on Trump WH Press Ban Case

The Justice Department is facing a deadline tonight to answer CNN, MS NOW and Politico's lawsuit against the president, ahead of a hearing tomorrow regarding his media ban. President Trump said that while he believes his ban is warranted, the federal judge overseeing the lawsuit “probably will” rule in the media’s favor. Plus, with all this playing out, the president was on the world stage with a message for Iran, telling the UN General Assembly that a deal with Iran is possible after the midterm elections, but his other choice is to “annihilate the Islamic Republic.”

Deadline Tonight for Justice Dept. to Respond to Media Ban Lawsuit

Today, for the first time in modern memory, the one camera that's at the White House or that travels with a president almost always, was not there. The major television networks are standing with CNN by declining to replace its White House pool crew after the Trump administration barred CNN from fulfilling its assigned duties today. “The public has a vital interest in receiving accurate, independent information about its government. No administration should restrict a news organization because it objects to its reporting,” ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox News and NBC said in a rare joint statement. Plus, the Venezuelan DoorDash driver shot by an ICE agent in Texas talks to reporters while in custody, after his attorney revealed he has "a bullet in his back".

Major TV Networks Stand with CNN, Decline to Replace WH Pool Crew

The President of the United States announced today, with no warning, that he has banned CNN from the White House along with MS NOW and Politico.
