CDC Director: We Expect Omicron to Become Dominant Variant in the Coming Weeks

The Delta variant continues to spread in the United States but CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky says the Omicron variant is "increasing rapidly" and expected "to become the dominant strain” in the coming weeks.
